Role Overview
The Growth & Administration Lead is a full-time role based at the company’s Port Harcourt location. The position encompasses leading growth initiatives through innovative strategies, managing administrative activities, and contributing to the fulfillment of key business goals. Responsibilities involve strategizing and implementing growth plans, managing projects, spearheading sales efforts, providing analysis based on data to enhance decisions and processes, and facilitating clear internal communication ensuring effective team collaboration and seamless organizational functions.
