Role Overview

The groomer will be responsible for delivering professional grooming services for dogs and cats, with a strong focus on breed-appropriate styling, hygiene, and pet comfort. The position also requires direct customer interaction, grooming advice, and upkeep of a safe, tidy grooming space.

Key Duties

• Provide high-standard grooming for both dogs and cats.
• Handle bathing, blow-drying, coat clipping, trimming, nail care, and ear cleaning.
• Carry out hand stripping for suitable wire-coated breeds, which is a mandatory requirement.
• Perform de-shedding, de-matting, and grooming tailored to each breed.
• Keep every animal safe, calm, and comfortable throughout the grooming process.
• Offer customers professional grooming guidance and service consultations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the grooming area.
