Position Overview
This full-time role is based at Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, FL, with shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM including every other weekend. As a Greeter team member in the Emergency Department, your main duty is to welcome and support visitors and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear directions to individuals to various hospital locations.
- Assist visitors and patients with safely entering and exiting vehicles.
- Support patient transport to designated areas within the facility.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of High School or equivalent educational credential.
- Possession of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A minimum of two years experience in a related customer service or healthcare support role is preferred.
