Position Summary

The Marketing department is devoted to crafting impactful and engaging content to fuel company growth and enhance guest experiences. We seek a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will integrate strategic thinking with design execution, thrive in a collaborative setting, and share a passion for music, sports, and live entertainment. This full-time position offers an annual salary between $70,000 and $75,000, along with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) savings and matching, and paid leave covering vacation, sick days, and 11 holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Design diverse creative assets such as logos, presentations, advertisements, menus, and signage for venues.
• Collaborate on major facility enhancement initiatives by producing mood boards, renderings, mock-ups, and visual concepts that translate strategic objectives into visual form.
• Develop scalable and customizable templates tailored for OVG hospitality venues.
• Update and adapt reusable visual assets and templates as needed for consistency and effectiveness.
• Interpret creative briefs to conceive and execute innovative design solutions.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and perfect designs.
• Prepare finalized design files ensuring accuracy with print and production specifications and research appropriate printing and collateral options.
• Adhere to brand standards and work proficiently within established templates and design systems.
• Utilize data and research insights to enhance and support design choices.
• Contribute actively in team brainstorming and creative strategy sessions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Stay abreast of evolving design trends, new technologies, and artificial intelligence tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline.
• Professional experience of at least 2-3 years in graphic design.
• Experience designing within hospitality, food and beverage, or experiential environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite—including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator—and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva and basic video editing is beneficial.
• Strong collaboration skills to effectively partner with stakeholders through all design phases.
• Innovative problem-solving capabilities coupled with creative thinking.
• Exceptional attention to detail and efficiency in work output.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Submission of an online portfolio or samples of work is mandatory.
