Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Gurugram office. This position is intended for professionals with at least one year of experience in reputed companies or creative agencies who excel at converting ideas into compelling visuals across digital and print mediums.

You will be responsible for designing diverse projects such as branding elements, social media content, marketing campaigns, advertising assets, presentations, brochures, packaging, and other visual materials. Close cooperation with marketing, web development, and business departments is essential to maintain high-quality, brand-consistent creative output.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging social media graphics, banners, and advertisements.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and company profiles.
• Develop branding items like logos, brand identities, and visual guidelines.
• Produce website graphics, landing page visuals, and digital campaign designs.
• Prepare print-ready artwork as required.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver impactful visual campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
• Refine and revise designs based on feedback.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines.
• Stay informed on latest design trends and best creative practices.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Figma.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
• Highly creative with excellent visual storytelling abilities.
• Capable of producing both print and digital designs.
• Good knowledge of branding and marketing concepts.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Eligibility

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• At least one year of professional experience with a reputable company or agency is mandatory; fresh graduates are not eligible.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of professional design work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
