Role Overview
We are seeking a Graduate Process Engineer to contribute on various projects involving fluid flow systems, particularly focusing on mixing processes within nuclear and non-nuclear sectors. The candidate will primarily work in laboratory settings performing experiments, analyzing data, conducting engineering calculations, producing documentation, and advancing their technical capabilities through diverse projects and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with process engineers and colleagues involved with test rig manufacturing, setup, and operations.
- Conduct experimental testing in laboratories under supervision and analyze outcomes.
- Communicate findings and analyses effectively with peers.
- Perform calculations related to fluid system design and operation.
- Prepare technical documents and contribute to project reports.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets while supporting team activities.
- Support the enhancement of company quality and health and safety procedures.

- Accurate experimental data accompanied by thorough analysis.
- Engineering presentations delivered to team members.
- Comprehensive technical documentation produced.
Development Expectations
- Expand technical expertise across diverse projects, particularly in fluid dynamics and related fields.
- Take ownership of small-scale technical projects and manage teams of engineers and technicians as experience grows.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Master's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or a related discipline.
- Possesses solid understanding of single and multiphase fluid mechanics; familiarity with mixing processes or fluid rheology is advantageous.
- Experience or knowledge in laboratory testing, programming, and image/video analysis is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; data interpretation and statistical analysis skills are a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written communication abilities.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Committed to high standards of safety and continual improvement within the workplace.
