Role Overview and Opportunities

• Lead global content strategy impacting multiple international markets and well-known consumer brands.
• Create and advance a top-tier content function within a rapidly growing entrepreneurial environment.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders across Creative, Media, Brand, and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and direct content strategies for priority brands, campaigns, and omnichannel activation.
• Design content ecosystems that fuel brand expansion across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Interpret brand platforms and media plans into high-impact, channel-tailored content.
• Partner with Creative, Design, Media, and Brand teams to deliver unique and commercially successful campaigns.
• Create frameworks, briefing protocols, and scalable workflows to boost content quality and operational efficiency.
• Enhance content excellence across social media, digital platforms, e-commerce, CRM, shopper marketing, and video.
• Utilize insights, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously enhance creative impact.
• Establish scalable and modular content systems to improve speed, consistency, and ROI across various markets.
• Lead and mentor Content Managers, fostering a collaborative content community within Karo Healthcare.
• Oversee and influence external agencies, production partners, and freelancers to ensure quality output.
• Advocate for innovation in content creation by integrating AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Support content operations management, workflow governance, budget optimization, and KPI achievement within the Centre of Excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience in content strategy, creative management, campaign development, or content production.
• Strong background in FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail, or other high-velocity consumer-focused sectors.
• Demonstrated success in designing integrated content strategies across digital and omnichannel platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of paid, owned, and earned media ecosystems, including social, e-commerce, video, and CRM.
• Commercial acumen to link creative efforts with business and media goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders in matrixed organizations.
• Sound creative judgment with an ability to offer clear, constructive feedback across diverse content types.
• Proven experience leading teams and nurturing talent in international, fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with content operations, localization, modular content systems, and scalable asset production.
• Understanding of performance measurement, analytics, and continuous content optimization techniques.
• Interest and knowledge in AI, automation, and new technology trends in content creation.
• Professional fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
