Position Summary

The General Manager role focuses on comprehensive operational leadership to drive strategic initiatives, boost business growth, and ensure profitability. This senior position requires managing multiple facets including financial oversight, team leadership, client relations, and network expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic plans to enhance business development.
• Organize and conduct builder meetings and CP (Channel Partner) events to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee financial management tasks ensuring profitability and effective budgeting.
• Lead and nurture teams, fostering talent development and creating a positive corporate culture.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders and clients to promote sustained collaboration.
• Drive hiring initiatives and mentorship programs to support organizational growth and culture building.
• Manage budgeting processes with accountability for Profit & Loss statements.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Expand and maintain a strong channel partner network to enhance business outreach.
• Manage project sourcing processes to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is INR 65,000 to INR 90,000.
