General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Overview

Wunderbar Kids (Mindseed Group), a prominent kindergarten group focused on individualized child's learning, is seeking an experienced General Manager - Finance & Accounts (CA) to join our senior leadership team and drive organizational financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete accounting operations including payroll, receivables, payables, cash flow, credit control, and General Ledger management.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, lead month-end closing activities and perform monthly financial forecasting.
• Ensure all financial activities comply with statutory regulations through consistent monitoring.
• Develop annual budgets and closely track costs and expenses to enhance profitability.
• Design, implement, and supervise a strong and effective financial control system.
• Manage, assess, and guide the performance of the finance team.
• Coordinate with auditors to guarantee accurate and compliant financial audits.
• Maintain organized filing and records management for all financial and corporate documentation.
• Lead initiatives for securing debt financing as necessary.
• Serve as the single point of contact between departments and banking partners to facilitate smooth information flow.
• Participate in refining and executing updates to policies, procedures, and systems.
• Create and uphold a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS).
• Deliver regular financial performance reports to executive and senior management teams.
