Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant profitability by meeting established financial targets and operational standards.
• Lead department managers by assisting with goal development, monitoring their progress, offering coaching and providing strategic oversight to optimize departmental and restaurant performance.
• Recruit, hire, and develop department and shift managers to build a strong leadership team for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments is highly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a management role within this corporate-owned establishment.
