Crawford & Company, a leading global claims management firm, is searching for an experienced Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to join its GTS team in Victoria, Australia. Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable and credible Loss Adjuster with a demonstrated history in managing major and complex claims. They possess strong industry connections, excellent judgment, and the capability to confidently handle complicated situations.
Core Skills and Competencies
- Extensive experience managing major and complex loss claims.
- Established relationships with insurers, brokers, and essential stakeholders.
- Proficiency in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Capability to manage complex claim portfolios with a client-focused and commercial mindset.
- A strong commitment to continuous professional development and technical mastery.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in major and complex loss adjusting.
- Possession of ANZIIF, AICLA qualifications, or equivalent credentials.
- A proven track record of developing trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license.
