GCP BI Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Business Intelligence (BI) expert specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, develop, and manage our BI solutions. This position demands a blend of advanced data modeling, visualization expertise, and the ability to harness Generative AI and conversational analytics to deliver insightful, real-time data to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage BI development projects using GCP technologies such as BigQuery, Looker, and Looker Studio.
• Design, build, and continuously maintain semantic data models in LookML, ensuring data governance and reliability.
• Develop complex, efficient SQL queries primarily using Google BigQuery to facilitate data transformation and analytics.
• Construct and sustain interactive dashboards, visual reports, and data presentations through Looker and Looker Studio.
• Interpret detailed business requirements into scalable technical data specifications and effective LookML models.
• Leverage Generative AI integrated with BigQuery and Looker to create conversational analytics solutions.
• Enable non-technical business users to interact with data via natural language queries, producing instant, easy-to-understand insights.
• Design and configure conversational agents that provide context-rich responses using the Looker semantic layer and BigQuery datasets.
• Implement AI-driven automated insights, summary narratives, and explanatory content based on dashboard and report information.

Required Qualifications

• Educational background with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in any specialization.
