Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced FX Trader to join our Treasury department. This position involves managing financial risks and driving trading profits with an emphasis on foreign exchange spot transactions, deliverable forwards, and swaps. The role reports directly to the Head of Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement proprietary trading strategies across various foreign exchange products.
• Oversee FX exposure management to mitigate liquidity and regulatory risks, ensuring compliance with internal risk thresholds.
• Keep abreast of market movements and macroeconomic indicators to discover trading opportunities and enhance trading outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with team members to align trading approaches and market perspectives.
• Foster a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices to improve the trading desk culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of six to ten years’ experience in risk management or FX trading positions.
• Proven track record of generating consistent positive profit and loss.
• In-depth expertise in foreign exchange products, with preferable experience in trading non-G7 currencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
