Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times to enhance client experience.
• Hold store keys and ensure security procedures at opening and closing in the absence of senior management.
• Manage till system operations during opening and closing phases.
• Warmly welcome customers, assist them in product selection by understanding their needs, and lead by example to uphold team standards.
• Efficiently coordinate stock management including pair checking, organizing the stockroom, and maintaining operational standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of the shop floor, adhering to store presentation standards.
• Support management in achieving personal and team sales targets.
• Explain Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and encourage customer participation to enrich the shopping experience.
• Assist in training and developing team members when senior management is unavailable.
• Help plan and prepare for promotional events.
• Model the brand image by following the uniform policy: all black, unbranded attire that reflects the brand identity.
• Participate regularly in training sessions to confidently represent the brand.
• Provide support during management absences by preparing weekly trading reports and joining conference calls.
• Conduct daily team briefings and set targets in the absence of the store manager.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Awareness of and interest in current fashion trends.
• Self-driven and motivated by sales targets.
• Team player with confidence to lead when necessary.
