Full-Time Stock Associate

About the Role

Lacoste is hiring a Stock Associate to support the concession at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City. This role sits within a global fashion-sport brand known for combining style, performance, and long-term commitment to responsible business practices. You’ll be part of a large, diverse team and contribute to the smooth running of store operations behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the stockroom well organized and help ensure merchandise moves efficiently to the sales floor.
• Handle incoming shipments, inter-store transfers, damaged goods, and store supplies promptly and accurately.
• Support inventory control through regular stock checks, audits, and cycle counts.
• Work closely with the Stock Supervisor to maintain safe, secure, and orderly stock handling practices.
• Assist management with merchandising and planning tasks as needed.
• Support loss-prevention efforts across the store.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Take part in opening and closing duties when required.

Experience Needed

• This role is best suited to someone with around 1–2 years of experience in stock management or a similar retail support function.
• The company specifically asks for at least 1 year of experience in retail stock work or a related area.
• The job involves physical work, including lifting and moving stock.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving retail environment and taking direction from store leadership.
