About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our team at the Wigan store. This position requires working 37.5 hours per week on a flexible schedule that covers Monday through Sunday with rotating shifts. Pay ranges from £8.00 to £12.71 per hour, plus an attractive 30% staff discount.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and style complete outfits for customers, including footwear, layering items, accessories, and care products.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product ranges, including design, technical performance, materials, weather resistance, and care instructions.
• Lead excitement during product launches, exclusive releases, styling events, and in-store promotions.
• Achieve sales targets, build customer purchase baskets, and contribute to team goal achievements.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.
