Full-Time Key Holder

Role Overview

Join Marolina Outdoor, Inc. as a Full-Time Key Holder at Huk Gear in Foley, AL. In this essential position, you will assist management by supporting daily store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and upholding store standards.

Primary Duties

• Open and close the store following company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain merchandising and visual displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provide training and mentorship to new staff members regarding store procedures and customer interaction.
• Help oversee inventory control and restocking activities.
• Engage proactively with sales initiatives to achieve targets.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position with shifts of 4 to 8 hours.
• Availability required for day and/or evening shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Compensated between $18 and $19 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in a key holder or supervisory capacity is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Competence with basic mathematics and cash register operations.
• Solid customer service knowledge.
• Capable of lifting 25 pounds and performing related physical tasks.
