Full Stack Web Developer

Overview

Neural Ledger is looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to join as an early founding engineer. This full-time position involves shaping, creating, and expanding our main product systems including backend, frontend, data management, and AI-integrated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance core product components across backend, frontend, and data layers.
• Integrate and administer AI-powered workflow orchestrations within the platform.
• Assume complete control over the technical stack, covering system architecture, design, and deployment through DevOps.
• Ensure high-quality software through thorough testing, debugging, and maintenance for optimal user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to turn business needs into technical solutions and product functionalities.

Essential Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of practical experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in backend development with Python and FastAPI.
• Strong frontend skills using React.
• Good understanding of system design and scalable architecture.
• Experience designing and managing PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on knowledge of LangGraph or similar AI workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, deployment processes, and working in cloud environments.
• Competence in QA testing, debugging, and software maintenance in live production settings.
• Ability to dedicate full-time effort in a remote or hybrid startup environment.
• A strong sense of ownership, excellent communication capabilities, and adaptability to handle diverse responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications

• Background in building ERP systems, accounting software, finance-related products, or automation platforms.
• Understanding of complex financial workflows such as invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, approvals, or ledger management.
• Experience in early-stage startups or working closely with founding teams.
• A keen interest in AI-powered finance, enterprise workflow automation, and the evolution of enterprise software.
