Job Overview
This role is a key individual contributor position on the Talent team, reporting to the Head of Talent. The Full Cycle Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment operations for both technical and non-technical roles, driving hiring strategies to attract outstanding candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting efforts across assigned roles, coordinating closely with hiring managers and the Head of Talent.
- Handle the entire recruitment process from initiation through offer acceptance for various technical and non-technical positions.
- Source and engage passive candidates through innovative techniques and contemporary recruiting tools.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines responsive to current and upcoming hiring demands.
- Conduct recruiter screening interviews to assess fit with role requirements and company culture.
- Ensure prompt and clear communication to enhance candidate experience throughout all hiring stages.
- Communicate progress and market insights regularly to hiring managers.
- Accurately document candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment data using Greenhouse.
- Work alongside Recruiting Operations to provide a smooth interview, offer, and onboarding process.
- Represent TurbineOne professionally in all candidate interactions and contribute recruitment process improvements.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach, prioritizing team success and the company mission above individual recognition.
- A strong connection to the company's mission of supporting frontline personnel through recruitment efforts.
- Proven experience recruiting in startup or high-growth settings, preferably technology startups.
- Track record recruiting both technical (including software engineers) and non-technical roles successfully.
- Proficient in sourcing and securing passive candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous recruitment projects with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving workplaces.
- A keen sense of urgency paired with good judgment in decision-making.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
- Comfortable working under leadership guidance while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
- Motivated to develop as an individual contributor rather than immediately pursuing management roles.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Defense Technology companies.
- Familiarity hiring candidates holding active U.S. security clearances.
- Understanding of government contracting or national security contexts.
- Experience using tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.
