  • Adhere to food safety and workplace safety rules and procedures.
  • Identify and correct unsafe conditions that could lead to injuries or accidents for associates or customers.
  • Report all associate and customer accidents to the Manager on Duty according to established procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
  • Wear the required Food Lion uniform and name badge, and maintain a clean, neat appearance consistent with dress code expectations.
  • Complete required computer-based training, training packets, and training aids successfully.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.
