Role Overview

AfterQuery seeks skilled software engineers with experience in computer science or app/web development to participate in training and evaluating AI models. This position operates on a project basis, fully remote and asynchronous, enabling flexible scheduling. Candidates complete a single qualifying assessment and then receive ongoing project opportunities involving code review, assessment, and task creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute various software engineering assignments to support AI training and evaluation initiatives.
• Assess and verify the accuracy and quality of coding and AI model outputs.
• Produce clear, detailed documentation and work deliverables independently.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional software engineering experience, including full-time roles or significant internships.
• Proficient in at least one core programming language with strong foundational knowledge.
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
