Fresh Graduate Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking recent engineering graduates to join شركة فهد الرشودي و شركاؤه للاستشارات الهندسية in Riyadh for a full-time, on-site position. This opportunity is tailored for individuals at the start of their engineering careers, aspiring to gain experience within a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with the design, review, and coordination of engineering drawings and plans.
• Support project documentation preparation and the development of technical reports.
• Engage in site visits and collect essential data under supervision.
• Perform fundamental engineering calculations to ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and participate in internal meetings focused on problem-solving and process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Hold a degree in civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, architectural engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Basic understanding of core engineering concepts, design codes, and project coordination methods.
• Familiarity with CAD software, Microsoft Office suite, and introductory project management tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and quantitative aptitude suited for entry-level engineering roles.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting, demonstrate professionalism, and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
• Capable of managing time effectively, showing meticulous attention to detail, and adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Interest in engineering consulting practices and knowledge of local regulatory requirements; previous internship or academic experience in engineering design or construction is considered a plus.
