Role Overview

As the inaugural GTM hire at Lightfern Ltd, you will lead the creation of a product-led growth engine from inception to scale. Your responsibilities include managing the entire acquisition funnel, experimenting with marketing campaigns, and defining the brand voice. You will also facilitate the transition from product-led growth to enterprise adoption, ensuring the product resonates from individual users to entire teams for innovative AI communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end self-serve acquisition funnel, boosting top-of-funnel demand via social media, content creation, and partnership development.
• Conduct data-driven growth experiments to optimize the product-led growth approach and detect key indicators for enterprise expansion.
• Create engaging brand stories and high-quality content that foster trust among professionals and represent the company during live demonstrations and user interactions worldwide.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years' experience in senior GTM or growth marketing positions with a proven history of establishing or expanding product-led growth strategies in high-growth startups.
• Excellent storytelling and writing abilities, capable of crafting persuasive copy ranging from cold outreach emails to detailed product landing pages.
• A scientific and analytical outlook to hypothesize and validate growth strategies, combined with a strong enthusiasm for engaging with users and incorporating their feedback into product improvements.
