About the Role

This opening is on behalf of a partner company seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant located in Ireland. This role places you in a dynamic SaaS environment where you'll serve as a strategic intermediary between clients and internal teams, helping organizations leverage their data and technology more effectively. You'll apply your consulting skills, analytical thinking, and relationship management capabilities to navigate and solve complex business challenges. Collaborating closely with clients, you'll ascertain their objectives, convert their needs into actionable projects, and steer teams to achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities

• Establish long-lasting relationships by deeply understanding customers' business aims, challenges, and market strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance to help clients identify improvement areas and optimize value from the platform.
• Convert customer requirements into well-defined projects by working alongside Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Advocate for the customer's perspective within the company, ensuring their feedback impacts future product enhancements.
• Deliver data-supported recommendations to client stakeholders, linking insights to clear business results.
• Spot opportunities to boost platform adoption, increase usage, and deepen client engagement.
• Coordinate with Account Management and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and continued customer success.
• Tackle complex, ambiguous problems with a consulting approach—structuring issues, analyzing data, and proposing practical solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in management consulting, client advisement, strategic consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of diverse business models, market strategies, and operational hurdles.
• Proven skills in managing stakeholders, confidently presenting to senior executives, and navigating intricate organizational landscapes.
• Robust analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to detect trends and inform strategy.
• Capability to frame undefined problems, clarify project scopes, and communicate solutions effectively.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, marketing technology, sales operations, or revenue analytics is highly regarded.
• A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with the ability to work autonomously and produce results in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely with international teams across various time zones.
