Food Service Attendant

Overview

This position is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and requires full-time onsite work with no possibility for remote arrangements. No prior experience or educational qualifications are necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs promptly and efficiently
• Refilling condiments and other supplies both at tables and designated serving stations
• Packaging take-out food orders carefully
• Portioning and wrapping food items
• Stocking refrigerators and salad bars with fresh products
• Taking and processing customer orders accurately
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas including surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment
• Handling and properly storing cleaning chemicals
• Removing garbage and trash from kitchen spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to maintain hygiene and appearance

• The role involves working in a fast-paced setting

• Prolonged periods of standing are expected
