About Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island

Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, your focus will be on delivering outstanding guest interactions and high-quality dining experiences. You will lead your team in fostering excellent hospitality service and maintain the brand’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan resources effectively while managing and nurturing your team’s growth and performance.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high service quality.
- Oversee daily operations by delegating tasks and ensuring compliance with brand protocols.
- Monitor and review booking volumes, forecasts, and VIP guest lists, ensuring seamless communication across outlets.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Continuously address guest feedback to uplift satisfaction ratings and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum two years’ experience in a comparable supervisory role within food and beverage services.
- A degree in hospitality management or food and beverage specialization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant service, in-room dining, and à la carte operations.
- A service-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for food and beverage excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with problem-solving capability and leadership by example.
