Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to support advanced AI training through insightful financial scenario planning and evaluation. This role involves generating financial insights that inform both AI development and operational strategies while working fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and refine sophisticated financial planning scenarios with precision.
• Provide superior quality training data to enhance frontier artificial intelligence systems.
• Clarify financial trade-offs effectively for stakeholders without a finance background.
• Analyze variances and convert findings into practical, actionable advice.

Core Qualifications

• Proven experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance business partnering roles.
• Proficiency managing P&L, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance reporting.
• Capability to interpret accounting figures into impactful operational choices.
• Hands-on experience in P&L ownership, management reporting, and budget consolidation processes.
• Skilled in analyzing committed expenses and implementing cost controls.
