Overview
This full-time position as a Financial Consultant is based in Tarkwa, Ghana, with a hybrid work setup allowing some days to work remotely. The core responsibility is to interact with clients to understand their financial aspirations, evaluate their current financial status, and provide tailored recommendations on life insurance, health insurance, and pension plans.
Key Responsibilities
Consultants will conduct one-on-one client consultations, develop personalized financial plans, create and deliver proposals, and maintain constant communication for sustained service and client support. Analyzing financial data and remaining informed on relevant product updates and regulations are also critical duties. Close collaboration with internal departments is essential to ensure client solutions align with company offerings. Achieving sales and servicing targets with adherence to ethical practices and excellent customer care is imperative.
