Key Responsibilities

• Execute month-end closing processes ensuring the precision and completeness of financial results.
• Develop monthly rolling forecasts and analyze variances compared to plans and prior forecasts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on financial findings with actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate project, departmental, and future venture costs to support profitability analysis.
• Reconcile and review monthly balance sheet accounts to maintain accuracy.
• Analyze budget and forecast discrepancies, proposing corrective actions or improvements to business performance.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process.
• Conduct financial risk and opportunity assessments, communicating key insights and recommendations across the business.
• Monitor ongoing business initiatives to ensure they align with profitability targets.
• Identify and suggest cost management strategies to enhance profitability and sustain returns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Preferred certifications in financial analysis.

Experience Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, and financial planning & analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP financial systems.
• Demonstrated skill managing large datasets and navigating complex business contexts.
