  • Draft quarterly investor updates, capital call schedules, and distribution calculations.

  • Assist with portfolio-level financial reporting, including job-cost accounting in Yardi Voyager, work-in-progress tracking, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Help assess capital structure choices across the platform, including mezzanine debt and preferred equity options.

Experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of experience in real estate private equity, real estate-focused investment banking, REIT investing, or Big 4 real estate transaction advisory.

Strong independent financial modeling ability is essential, particularly the capacity to create development pro formas and equity waterfall models from scratch.

A working understanding of CMHC multi-family financing programs is preferred, though the ability to quickly build that expertise is also suitable.

Experience with Yardi Voyager or Argus would be beneficial.

CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials, whether completed or still in progress, are welcome but not mandatory.
