Job Overview
We are looking to recruit skilled Financial Advisors to represent TATA AIA, aimed at growing our clientele and providing tailored financial products. Candidates should have experience in insurance, BFSI, financial advisory, or sales sectors.
Key Duties
- Identify and acquire new clients to promote life insurance offerings from TATA AIA.
- Assess customers' financial requirements to suggest appropriate insurance plans.
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients to encourage loyalty.
- Meet or surpass monthly sales objectives and provide ongoing support post-sale.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience within insurance, BFSI, sales, or financial advisory roles.
- Strong communication proficiency and ability to build client rapport.
- Competence in generating leads and successfully converting prospects into sales.
Compensation Details
The remuneration package includes a fixed monthly salary combined with attractive incentives and an unlimited commission structure. Earnings increase proportionally with performance, without any upper commission limit.
