Finance Operations Analyst

Overview

Riveron is looking to hire a Finance Operations Analyst who will manage client billing, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities. The role is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and requires working onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling billing and processing accounts receivable transactions.
• Tracking and analyzing expense reports for both billable and non-billable costs.
• Liaising with third-party billing vendors when necessary.
• Providing support to the billing team and undertaking additional duties as assigned.
• Engaging directly with Managing Directors to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.

Candidate Profile

• Proven ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a finance-related discipline.
• At least one year of professional experience in corporate finance or client service roles.
• Experience with OpenAir software will be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Strong analytical capabilities to solve complex financial problems and perform data trend analyses.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Maintains the utmost professionalism and confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability to dynamic and changing work environments.
