Based centrally in the Sydney CBD, the Accor Salter Brothers Hotel Portfolio is seeking a Finance Officer to manage financial activities across multiple hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vendor details within the Accounts Receivable (A/R) module.
• Accurately code invoices processed in the A/R ledger with appropriate supplier and general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile supplier statements of account and pursue missing invoices.
• Consistently monitor the A/R ageing reports and follow up on credit notes or missing invoices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of relevant experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Possession of an Accounting degree or related qualification.
• Strong understanding of general ledger coding and accounts structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer skills.
