Field Supervisor (Electrical)

Role Overview

The Field Supervisor is tasked with managing the operations and upkeep of the Centralized Complaint Management System (CCMS), focusing primarily on street light issue resolution. This position demands vigilant monitoring of complaint workflows, effective coordination with maintenance crews, maintaining service standards, and adhering strictly to service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all street light complaints logged via the CCMS platform.
• Delegate complaints to designated field technicians or appropriate maintenance teams.
• Monitor complaint progression and ensure issues are resolved within stipulated SLA timelines.
• Inspect and validate the quality and thoroughness of completed repair and maintenance works.
• Review photographic evidence and documented reports submitted by field personnel before and after maintenance activities.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and field teams to facilitate effective problem resolution.
• Report unresolved, overdue, or high-priority complaints to senior management promptly.
• Track technician output and day-to-day work updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date complaint logs and resolution statuses within the CCMS.

Compensation

The remuneration package for this position ranges from INR 18,000 to 20,000 per month.
