About the Company
Vyapar App Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Field Sales Manager to advance their sales operations in Vadodara, Gujarat. This role involves direct interaction with partners and customers to build and maintain strong professional relationships and promote company products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to current partners ensuring their satisfaction and strengthening partnerships.
- Identify and onboard new partners through tactical prospecting and generating prospective leads.
- Educate partners and customers on product features, advantages, and selling points to maximize engagement.
- Offer ongoing guidance to partners on product usage and resolve any arising questions or issues.
- Serve as a professional and positive representative of the company, promoting its brand values consistently.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales is mandatory.
- Experience in B2B client engagement is required.
- Strong sales acumen coupled with effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships competently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary package approximately 460,000 INR.
- Additional incentives totaling up to 50,000 INR.
- Benefits include medical coverage extending to spouse and parents, and gratuity.

This is a full-time position based in Vadodara with a focus on on-site interaction. Candidates should possess the ability to manage client relations independently and represent the brand effectively in the field.
