About the Role
Rekrut World is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join their team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This full-time position focuses on the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector and requires candidates to be proficient in managing distributor relationships and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distributor operations effectively to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Achieve both primary and secondary sales targets in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan.
- Track competitor activities and develop proactive strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Implement dealer route plans and beat coverage efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong connections with retailers to optimize product placement at sales counters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and promptly report any non-compliance.
- Commit substantial time on ground to boost dealer performance and productivity.
