About the Role
Vibrant Enterprises seeks a proactive Field Sales Executive to expand B2B and B2C sales in two main areas: German silver gifting products (targeting corporate gifting and wedding sectors) and packaging/paper box offerings aimed at sweet shops, dry fruit vendors, dairy stores, and textile traders in Surat.
The role serves as a crucial bridge connecting the product catalog to potential customers, involving relationship development, deal closures, and increasing market reach within Surat's wholesale, corporate, and wedding gifting markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective B2B customers including sweet shops, dry fruit sellers, dairy outlets, corporate offices, and textile businesses in Surat.
- Generate leads and convert sales for German silver gifting items focused on corporate and wedding clients.
- Promote and sell customized packaging and box solutions that offer low minimum order quantities and festival-themed designs.
- Maintain and enhance ongoing relationships with current wholesale and corporate clients.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and other locations as needed.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices within authorized limits, and finalize sales orders.
- Keep detailed records of leads, client communication, and orders using CRM systems or Excel.
- Coordinate with production and vendors to ensure on-time fulfillment of orders.
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to company management.
Requirements
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in B2B sales, ideally within gifting, packaging, FMCG, or related trade sectors.
- Fluent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Surat for client visits and meetings.
- Basic proficiency in computer and smartphone applications including WhatsApp Business and Excel for order tracking.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Possession of two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred to facilitate client visits.
