Field Sales Executive

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role focuses on promoting the company's franchise opportunities by engaging directly with prospective franchisees and facilitating the onboarding process. You will play a key role in expanding our franchise network through field visits and effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential franchise prospects and clearly present the franchise model.
• Identify and qualify new franchise leads through in-person visits and referral networks.
• Conduct detailed meetings and presentations with franchise candidates.
• Support new franchise partners with onboarding procedures and documentation.
• Develop and sustain strong partnerships with franchisees to enhance business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely assistance and resolve issues efficiently.
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation and converting prospects into franchise partners.
• Maintain daily visit logs and ensure all field activities are recorded accurately.
• Act as a positive representative of the company during all customer engagements.

Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for travel purposes.
• Hold a valid driving license.
• Preparedness to travel extensively across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad areas.
• Basic familiarity with smartphone use and Microsoft Office or Google Sheets is advantageous.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range of 10,000 to 17,000 INR.
