Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Recruiter to handle all stages of recruitment including sourcing candidates, ensuring their onboarding, coordinating with clients, managing necessary documentation, and preparing detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for various job openings.
- Facilitating candidate joining processes to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintaining effective communication and coordination with clients regarding recruitment needs and progress.
- Managing all required documentation associated with recruitment and employment.
- Preparing and submitting comprehensive recruitment reports regularly.
