Field Operation Specialist

About the Role

The Field Operation Specialist will be responsible for physically visiting assigned properties to oversee onboarding, tenant search, move-ins and move-outs, and ensure quality maintenance work delivery. This role requires close collaboration with the Operations Manager and vendors to maintain high standards and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to assigned properties for onboarding tenants and monitoring maintenance work.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports of each property using the Housewise application.
• Ensure timely placement of high-quality tenants to minimize property vacancy.
• Manage operations efficiently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing priorities instructed by management.
• Work proactively and independently to deliver results that align with company goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 10 years of experience preferred in operations roles, especially within logistics, fulfillment, service delivery, supply chain, banking, finance, e-commerce, telecom, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination.
• Must be comfortable traveling extensively within Delhi-NCR and possess a two-wheeler for commute.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks under high-pressure situations and deliver results.
• Full-time availability is required; part-time candidates will not be considered.
• Strong ownership mentality and result-oriented approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop scalable solutions.
• Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary range: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000, along with travel allowance, performance incentives, and medical insurance.
