F&B Service Expert (Dry)

Position Overview

As an F&B Service Expert (Dry) at Marriott Executive Apartments, you will not simply serve food but create an engaging and memorable dining experience for guests. Your role includes activities such as setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas. The goal is to make every guest interaction part of an enjoyable visit.

Key Responsibilities and Physical Requirements

• Deliver various guest services to facilitate an exceptional dining experience.
• Assist with table setup and communicate effectively with kitchen teams.
• Serve guests with focus and efficiency while maintaining professional communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and service supplies.
• Comply with safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Uphold quality standards, ensuring personal appearance, uniform, and conduct are professional.
• Physically, be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods on uneven or slippery floors.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, performing motions like bending, twisting, stretching, and stooping as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational attainment: High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• At least 1 year of relevant food and beverage service experience.
• No supervisory responsibilities or certifications required.
