About the Role

Located at the CHANEL Bloor Boutique within Holt Renfrew in Toronto, the Fashion Advisor role offers a full-time permanent position reporting directly to the Boutique Manager. As the key representative of CHANEL, you will embody the brand’s warmth, authenticity, and passion for fashion, delivering an exceptional client experience and fostering lasting relationships to build loyal clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, exceptional client service that resonates with CHANEL's values, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service with proven success in sales and delivering superior client service.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $60,000 CAD plus commission and bonus incentives.
