Facilities Officer

About the Role

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Facilities Officer to join our team, based primarily at the Hawthorn Centre in Penge, working a 36-hour week on a permanent contract. This role involves ensuring the office estate is safe, secure, and compliant with all statutory regulations while maintaining a clean and productive environment for colleagues and customers. You will also support facility needs at other sites within the region as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the office estate to agreed standards, ensuring that all lease commitments are met where applicable.
• Manage expenditure within the Property and Facilities department to ensure cost-effectiveness and appropriate solutions.
• Represent the Property and Facilities department professionally, communicating effectively across stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality service to colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Travel regularly to the designated office base and occasionally to other Clarion offices within the region.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with confidence to interact professionally across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship and reside in England or Wales for the entire duration of employment.

Terms & Conditions

• Salary ranges from £31,314 to £41,869 per annum.
• 36 hours per week.
• Permanent contract type.
• Hybrid working model with a base at the Hawthorn Centre, Penge.
• Candidates should be able to travel as required across regions.
