We are seeking a skilled Export Logistics Executive to join our Faridabad-based operations, working remotely in the Pacific Standard Time zone and available for on-site calls if needed.

Job Summary

This role entails overseeing the complete export logistics process for our apparel business, primarily focusing on international shipments (90%) and some import operations (10%). The candidate should possess practical experience in managing global shipment processes, document preparation, coordinating with courier services, and logistics partners to guarantee timely delivery of consignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee entire export logistics workflows with emphasis on international outbound shipments.
• Occasionally manage import shipments as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier service providers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Aramex, and freight forwarders.
• Track shipment progress and address delays or holds proactively.
• Communicate with DHL and other delivery agents to expedite customs clearance and resolve transit issues promptly.
• Prepare, review, and verify all export and import documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, air waybills, bills of lading, shipping bills, certificates of origin, export declarations, and required statutory documents.
• Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, transporters, and customs officials to facilitate seamless shipment execution.
• Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and internal company policies.
• Provide regular shipment status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Negotiate freight charges and cultivate strong partnerships with logistics vendors.
• Maintain detailed shipment records, generate logistics reports, and manage export documentation archives.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, warehouse, and finance departments to guarantee timely order dispatches.
• Address customer and logistics-related concerns swiftly to minimize disruptions in delivery schedules.
