About the Role
Unateus is a leading fulfillment and logistics provider active across Africa seeking skilled telesales representatives. This position focuses on converting warm leads into confirmed sales, promoting additional health products, and meeting key performance indicators in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Close sales efficiently and verify customer purchases
- Promote and upsell health-related products
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call center roles
- Demonstrated success in reaching or surpassing sales goals
- Fluent in English plus proficiency in a major local language
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Personal laptop or desktop, smartphone, and headset essential
- Access to dependable high-speed internet and backup power supply
