About the Role
Elida Beauty, a prominent global FMCG company known for brands like TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, is seeking an interim Executive Team Assistant. This full-time, temporary position is based in Holborn, London, offering a blend of remote and onsite work. The role is contracted through to the end of December 2026 and involves supporting senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a salary up to £50,000 per annum pro rata, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complex calendars of the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure organized scheduling and prioritization of meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, transfers, and comprehensive itineraries.
- Coordinate visits by key stakeholders, handling meeting schedules, preparation of materials, and logistical support to guarantee thorough readiness.
- Provide administrative assistance to the wider London team of approximately 50 employees, including meeting coordination and internal event planning.
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized and welcoming workspace, including supply and inventory management.
- Manage vendor relationships relating to office services such as catering, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Handle visitor logistics, including guest reception, meeting room bookings, and catering arrangements.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties such as processing purchase orders and other office management tasks as directed.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven track record as an executive assistant, team assistant for senior leadership, or office manager, preferably within a fast-moving FMCG setting.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work autonomously while anticipating needs with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive, positive mindset focused on problem solving and collaboration.
- Self-driven with flexibility to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
- Professionalism and confidentiality at a high level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a diverse array of colleagues and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a forward-thinking approach to resolving issues.
- Experience in managing travel plans, event coordination, and vendor/supply chain relationships is advantageous.
