ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
Position Objective
- Ensure new employees receive appraisals during their initial five months of probation, including self-assessments and manager evaluations documented on appraisal forms.
- Prepare and distribute Job Scorecards aligning with roles and responsibilities.
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Conduct follow-up communication with new employees and implement a Buddy Program to support their early months.
Key Responsibilities
Probation and Confirmation of New Employees
- Track monthly employee status based on joining dates and probation periods.
- Create and update a probation confirmation list for managing confirmations.
- Coordinate salary increments post-probation, effective from the sixth month upon approval.
- Ensure line managers send out Performance Appraisal forms for self-evaluation and facilitate appraisal meetings between employees and reporting managers.
Job Scorecards
- Confirm that job descriptions are consistent with job titles by preparing Job Scorecards defining roles, responsibilities, and key performance indicators.
Induction Process
- Assist new employees in completing hiring formalities such as biometric registration, bank account setup, contracts, and location assignments.
Buddy Program
- Perform follow-up calls and emails to new hires during their first six months.
- Implement a Buddy Program to support new employees throughout their first three months.
