Position Summary
The Executive Assistant role provides administrative support to three senior executives within Mastercard's Canada Leadership Team based in Toronto. This position requires an energetic, detail-oriented, and trustworthy professional. Primary responsibilities include scheduling, travel coordination, expense management, and overall calendar oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing expenses promptly, and maintaining executive calendars.
- Ensure necessary technology and meeting logistics are fully arranged and supported for all meetings and events.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants across Mastercard globally to maintain consistency, operational continuity, and serve as liaison both internally and with external partners.
- Conduct research on specialized topics and contribute to project-based assignments when needed.
- Facilitate operational efficiencies and coordination aligned with team goals.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in executive administrative roles within global corporate environments, supporting senior and executive leadership.
- Exhibits a strong sense of urgency, is proactive, and outcome-oriented.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, collaborate cross-functionally, and navigate stakeholder interactions effectively.
- Demonstrates independent problem-solving abilities, is a self-starter, anticipates team needs, and finds solutions to everyday challenges.
- Proficient in managing technology and internal systems, with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, maintaining confidentiality with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure.

Compensation
The position offers a competitive salary range based on location, experience, and qualifications, with eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive program. For this role in Toronto, the salary range is from $62,000 to $99,000 CAD annually. Multiple openings are available for this position.
