About the Role
Join the innovative Web3 company Aave as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role offers the chance to be an indispensable support to the CEO, streamlining their schedule, managing communications, and supporting travel plans, all while representing Aave with professionalism and confidentiality within a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones involving internal teams and external partners.
- Proactively identify and resolve administrative and operational issues to support the CEO’s efficiency.
- Prioritize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly commitments in alignment with key deadlines and deliverables.
- Arrange both business and personal travel and accommodation logistics.
- Manage frequently changing calendars and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally, including serving as meeting secretary when required.
- Prepare the CEO with briefings on upcoming meetings and deadlines, holding regular check-ins to align on priorities.
- Handle correspondence on the CEO’s behalf, drafting responses and preparing necessary documents.
- Maintain discretion and exercise sound judgment when managing sensitive leadership matters.
- Make independent, timely decisions proactively to facilitate smooth executive operations.
- Efficiently navigate a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Communicate confidently across all levels within the organization and externally.
- Provide support and accompany the CEO at international conferences and events, ensuring punctuality and readiness.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant.
- Highly service-oriented, consistently aligning with others’ priorities.
- Clear, concise, and direct communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Upholds confidentiality and demonstrates integrity when managing sensitive information.
- Resourceful problem solver adept at managing intricate projects and tasks.
- Possesses a positive demeanor and performs calmly under pressure.
- Superior organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Builds strong working relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and colleagues.
- Capable of handling a high workload with minimal supervision.
- Committed to fulfilling the CEO’s expectations with dedication.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in London and able to work onsite five days a week at the Notting Hill office.
