Job Location and Eligibility
This opportunity is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia and is exclusively open to Saudi nationals.
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned ERP System Operation Specialist responsible for managing and supporting enterprise ERP solutions within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain daily ERP system operations.
- Configure ERP system modules and define workflows aligning with business needs.
- Facilitate integration of ERP systems with government platforms.
- Analyze organizational requirements to implement relevant system setups.
- Deliver technical assistance and support to ERP end users.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum of five years’ experience working with ERP systems.
- In-depth understanding of ERP platforms, with a strong preference for expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience in one or several Oracle Fusion modules including Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Procurement.
- Familiarity with integrating ERP systems with government services such as Nafath, Etimad, and Unified Login.
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency in problem-solving.
